Landslide Road
Good evening Hive people!!
How are you guys today? I hope you are healthy and in good spirits.
Greetings to all the community.
So what's your story for today? Let me start my story first.
Precisely some time ago, several of my colleagues and I were asked for help by the local government to clean up a landslide that was blocking road traffic. We were given road facilities and a heavy excavator to clear the landslide-affected road.
Basically this area is very prone to landslides, because the hills along this road have no barrier. Maybe a little rain would have caused a severe landslide. The landslide that we cleaned is one of the less severe landslides, there are some that are more severe than this landslide.
So the location of this road is in the middle of a dense forest, not even many vehicles pass through this path. First, because the forest is dense with no inhabitants at all, these two forests are included in a protected forest, meaning that there are a lot of wild animals roaming here. Do not try to travel alone through this route. That would be very risky.
So we left for this location very early in the morning so that our work would be ready before nightfall. My team and I help each other so that this work can be completed quickly. And even though we were busy, we were a little worried about this area. The problem is, the local government said that this location was separated from a pair of Sumatran tigers to be able to live in their nature so they wouldn't quickly become extinct if they lived in a zoo.
Then little by little our work was finally ready in the afternoon. Without lingering here and after everything was ready we immediately rushed home.
Take a look at some of my pictures, heavy excavators clearing a landslide on the road.
