Apreciada comunidad de hivemotors para mí es un gusto volver a escribir para ustedes. Para decir verdad, deseaba mucho estar de vuelta. Es cierto que tenía algunos días sin pasar por esta bonita plataforma. Luego les comentaré en qué he aprovechado este tiempo. Por ahora le comento que esta vez traigo la sustitución de la cadena de tiempo a una blazer año 97.
Esta camioneta es de mi cuñado, por lo tanto, mientras se le realicen algunos ajustes y reparaciones, estará en casa. Entonces creo que pueden comprender lo ajetreada que he estado asistiendo como ayudante de mecánica 😁. ¡De verdad! Pasar herramientas, ajustar tornillos, llevar- traer de aquí para allá. ☺️ Necesariamente un trabajo de dos para que no sea tan agotador.
La camioneta la trajeron por una fuga de aceite por el tapa cadenas y se le ha tenido que hacer otras reparaciones que han sido necesarias y que estaré compartiendo en esta interesante comunidad.
Siempre he pensado e incluso lo he manifestado la gran responsabilidad que hay a la hora de dar con una falla y lograr corregirla. Mi esposo comenzó con la revisión, lo primero que notó que tardaba en prender y se escuchaba un sonido fuerte en los pistones (pistoneando), como también el hecho de perder fuerza. Quitó la tapa cadenas y pudo notar una grieta que tenía, aparte de eso, la estopera estaba en mal estado. Para terminar de completar, se revisó la cadena tiempo y se pudo observar mucho movimiento en ella, mostrando así lo estirada que estaba. Comprendiendo la razón de las fallas antes mencionadas.

The truck was brought in for an oil leak through the chain cover and has had to have other repairs done that have been necessary and which I will be sharing in this interesting community.
I have always thought and I have even stated the great responsibility that exists when it comes to finding a fault and correcting it. My husband started with the revision, the first thing he noticed was that it was slow to start and there was a loud sound in the pistons (pistoning), as well as the fact of losing power. He removed the chain cover and could notice a crack in it, besides that, the gasket was in bad shape. To complete, the timing chain was checked and a lot of movement could be observed in it, showing how stretched it was. Understanding the reason for the aforementioned failures.

Previamente, para llegar hasta la cadena se desinstaló la bomba de agua, el damper y la tapa cadena, se retiró esta cadena para quitarla, se quitan los tornillos del piñón de la leva y teniendo en la mano la cadena como muestra para ir a comprarla. Ya saben cómo este asunto en el mercado con los precios de repuestos no es fácil buscar los de mejor calidad. Luego, al tener la nueva tanto la cadena como la estopera se procedió a realizar el reemplazo de las mismas.
Se debe tomar en cuenta poner a tiempo el punto del cigüeñal con la de la leva y también colocar a punto el engranaje de la leva con el de la pesa.
De hecho se marcaron los puntos con corrector para que así quedarán exactos.
Se colocó la cadena, se apretó el tornillo de la leva, también se colocó la arandela del lector del sensor de posición de cigüeñal.
Se sincronizó el tiempo con el distribuidor, esto se realizó con una pletina introduciéndola por la espiga del distribuidor, al final nos conseguimos con el lápiz de la bomba de aceite dentro del motor girándo que la parte acanalada del lápiz con el objetivo que quede mirando hacia el motor, es decir apuntando hacia el damper.
Amigos, el resultado fue muy bueno, pues las fallas en cuanto a esta parte ya quedó solucionado, pronto seguiré contándole el siguiente ajuste realizado a esta camioneta, me gustaría que dejen sus apreciados comentarios y sugerencias, serán agradecidos.
