Monomad | Two mushrooms (Xylocoremium & Hohenbuehelia) that look very beautiful and unique today
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.
Good evening everyone and I hope you have a nice day and are in good condition. This Tuesday I went around the rubber plantation again and found two species of very beautiful and elegant mushrooms, and some of these mushrooms that I want to immortalize this time and hopefully all my friends can enjoy them.
The first is a species of mushroom or better known by another name, namely Xylocoremium, which grows abundantly on piles of rotting wood, and this mushroom has a rather unique body shape with a bright white, slightly yellowish color, and at that time I immediately took this mushroom and photograph several different image objects and it looks very beautiful and elegant.
Xylocoremium is a fungal genus in the family Xylariaceae. The monotypic genus was circumscribed in 1984.....Wikipedia
Then I found another species of mushroom which is known by another name, namely Hohenbuehelia, and at that time I saw it growing well on a pile of rotten wood, and the shape looked like gills which was very interesting and without waiting long I immediately took several pictures, and looks very beautiful and elegant and I hope you can enjoy it.
Hohenbuehelia is a pleurotoid genus of agaric fungi characterized by gelatinous-sheathed bowling-pin-shaped cystidia, on conidia, basidiospore germ tubes, and mycelium that adhere to and capture nematodes.....Wikipedia
