Do you watch TV? How much time do you spend watching TV? It is important how you spend your time. If you spend too much time in front of the TV, maybe you are wasting your time.

You sit down somewhere and watch TV. You can spend the time to do exercise or at least get moving. Sitting somewhere without having any movement is not good for your health. If you have a habit of eating while watching TV, you usually get more calories. That extra fat is deteriorating your health. You can get health and fitness benefits from not watching TV. Or, you can at least spend less time watching TV. You can do something else or learn something new. You can work on your professional and personal development instead of watching TV.
