Hola queridos amigos saludos, disculpen que este post se haya silenciado por publicar 2 veces al día pasa que mis actividades son en dos turnos pero no importa los errores se aprenden, pasando por aquí para compartir fotos de los logros de nuestra actividad de la semana pasada donde tuvimos muchos avances con nuevos miembros para inaugurar el fitcamp en otra localidad, eso significa que el mensaje está llegando a más personas.

En nuestra localidad tucupidense a pesar de las lluvias que comunmente se manifiestan por la tarde , hemos logrado coordinar los entrenamientos por la mañana cuando pasa, y asi seguir con nuestras metas personales, las evaluaciones la seguimos realizando, los nuevos, estan muy contentos porque lograron controlar hasta 3kg en 2 semanas, otros aumentarron un poco de masa muscular, y otros que vienen para mantenerse.
