The first ascent on Mount Burni Telong, Aceh

Mount Burni Telong is one of the mountains in Aceh. The height of the peak is 2624 meters above sea level. Mount Burni Telong has ecotourism related to the flora and fauna that live in it. This is my first time climbing in aceh, really I can't forget the memories of this climb. because the sense of togetherness is like a sense of family that I get.

Mount Burni Telong is a volcano in Bener Meriah Regency, this mountain is one of the best climbing spots in Aceh. This tourist attraction has natural beauty in the form of views of gardens, wilderness, and the charm of the Edelweiss Flower which is known as one of the rare types of flowers. The climbing trip takes approximately 6 hours to reach the camp area. Arriving at the camp area, the climbers immediately set up tents to rest until nightfall.

This is a tent place, very many climbers are interested in Mount Burni Telong. because Mount Burni Telong also offers a sunrise phenomenon that is really enchanting, even very many people do the summit at 4 am.

Therefore, after the tent was set up, we immediately cooked rice to prepare lunch and dinner. We need to remind that every time we climb we should not be on an empty stomach, because it is very risky for ourselves.

This is an edelweiss flower or perennial flower found at the top of Mount Burni Telong which is one of the rare plants that are often found on the mountain.

This is the first climb for me, finally I was at the top of Mount Burni Telong, after a very tiring journey, but paid off with the natural beauty that was quite delicious when I was at the top.
