Random food

Hi Everyone

It doesn't feel like it's been two days I haven't updated my post, I've thought about interesting topics a few times but I like nature and like running water to update everything. I think everyone really likes food and many people favor their favorite food.

Each region also has special foods from the area, for example, the city of Yogyakarta is famous for its warm food, while the city of Padang has its specialty food is rendang, and the city of Aceh has the typical meaning of Aceh noodles. I'm not discussing all the foods that exist in various cities here dear. I'm just explaining the point I'm going to convey because this includes super random food, maybe even in your area you won't get the food I'm discussing now.

Have you ever heard the saying dear, if a soul mate will meet, even though they are on different islands and parts of the continent. if ever do you believe dear? if you ask about my opinion, i will answer if i totally agree because i think it is god's destiny. same with food, try to imagine where the fish come from dear? Yes, fish come from the sea. And where do the vegetables come from dear? Yes, the answer is that vegetables come from vegetable farmers' gardens. and chicken and all meat come from the land and their respective origins. they can all be put together at the dining table. so I believe if a mate is God's destiny to far away and on islands and even other continents, if it's your soul mate, they will surely come closer.

Okay now I discuss what the picture above shows, it is a food called lontong opor, lontong is rice cooked in banana leaves or plastic and cooked into lontong. then opor is coconut milk sauce which is very complete in seasoning with stuffing shrimp, quail eggs, tofu and tempeh. Actually the stuffing of opor food is very optional, some use chicken eggs, some use chicken. Usually opor is served on big days such as Eid. but this time I'm cooking not on the day of Eid. it's very special. If it is added with fried shallots sprinkled on top.

This is a type of food that is a kind of boci that I've previously posted, try to visit the post before this post. but the name is different because there is no meatball, this is a food called instant seblak. because the process of cooking it like instant noodles is very easy. actually delicious as usual seblak original. Seblak is a typical food of the city of Bandung. but when I cook, I really can't measure the spices so I think it's very spicy and the aroma is very strong. next time I'll be more careful with the seasoning. Crackers are a very delicious snack if enjoyed together at mealtime. I like to eat crackers when I eat food. maybe all the menus that I serve are very simple because they are not served by luxurious and expensive restaurants. I hope you guys can also enjoy all the food as you wish.

Then there are pastels, these are snacks that people serve when they have an event such as a recitation such as a celebration or thanksgiving. maybe you are already familiar with this food dear. I really like this.

All the food that I post is food that is not eaten at one time this is a mixture of when I eat and I think you should see how many types of food there are, I am so amazed by the food creators in this world.

If we've discussed food, don't forget to drink, dear. I happened to buy a taro-flavoured drink that was sold on the side of the road. I was very enthusiastic because the seller was very friendly. He was able to make various flavors and different types because the drink menu had so many kinds of taste.
