What Social Media Platforms Do You Use To Do Your Own Crypto Research?

When doing your own crypto research its usually advised to use social media platforms to get real peoples review. Blogs can help you, but blogs take reviews from social media so its better to use social media directly to get the real time people’s review. Choosing what social media platform to use is also very important, almost all the social media platforms are great for research purposes, but I prefer using twitter, TikTok or reddit. But I am like a pro with twitter because, this is where I spend most of my Web 2.0 social media.

I currently started utilising TikTok and its been great, so yeah, I utilise both twitter and TikTok very well, twitter is great that is why there is a crypto community called crypto twitter, so utilise it. Its like an open field, you just have to take it one day at a time in learning how the environment works and how to navigate your ways around it. Reddit is one place I have not fully learnt how to utilise properly, I guess its due to laziness, or is it the user interface experience?

Using twitter, if you want to do your own research all you have to do is go to the search button on twitter and type the coin or the project, trust me if people aren’t talking about the coin or project on twitter enough, then it should be a redflag. When you type the word on twitter, series of other suggestions will pop out, this will guide you to the one of the most recent reviews of the project. For instance, when I was having issues receiving a SOL deposit from one of my wallet, all I had to do was type Solana in the twitter search box and I saw series of tweets from different people complaining about the Solana blockchain and how different people have been complaining about the same issues. Most people run to twitter the moment they start having issues on one thing or the other, so likes mind will be found there.

The twitter search button can actually help a lot when doing your research, when my trust wallet app was attacked with some certain dust tokens I didnt understand how they got there, twitter was where I went to inquire, all I did was type the name of the token and I saw series of other people’s tweet with the same complains, that gave me all the necessary information I needed. With twitter you can see the the good and the bad reviews easily with ease. You can also explore other platforms like reddit, but I am not conversant with those ones, but Facebook and instagram is the last social media platforms I will run to to do my research, because I have a personal feeling that those places are just for pictures and nothing crypto is interesting in that space.
