One Great Token Is Better Than 100 Bad Tokens

There are over 13,000 cryptocurrencies in the world, each of them are giving promises of how they are the technology that will change the world, while they are promising that, some of them are also focusing on trying to displace or be the next bitcoin, or the next Ethereum. Its just a matter of time, when decentralized blockchain social media becomes really popular before we will start seeing some claim to be the next Hive.

As a Newbie who is very enthusiastic about crypto, giving a variety of options like this, makes you want to have it all because you are so confused about which one is going to turn you to the next billionaire or which one is going to make you regret your decision of going into crypto investing. After learning my few lessons from my crypto mistakes, I got the opportunity to start all over again in crypto investment with $1,000.

Bitcoin was not an option for me because bitcoin was already attaining an all time high as at then, I think it was above $40k, so if I was going to make 100% gain on my money, bitcoin needs to be at $80k or above. I wanted to buy ETH also but ETH was above $2000, so I decided to go for low cap coins, I bought a lot of low cap coins but neglected BNB, BNB was still below $100 as at then. I haven’t joined Hive as at then, so I never knew the importance of doing my research on a coin, or getting the opportunity of stumbling on some blog or post about random coins. Just like we get them in the Leofinance community, someone is always blogging something useful that you can gain from.

I bought a lot of low cap coins and just 1 BNB, I wanted to have varieties of other option, BNB started spiking and spiked to $600 and slightly above, the other low cap coins I bought spiked but slowly. I started regretting, I should have spent most of my money on BNB, this made me start doing my crypto research more before investing. If I had invested on doing my research on BNB before buying, may be I would have bought more .

The bear season came and these other tokens tanked so hard, way harder than they spiked, but BNB didn’t, because it has great utility and usecase, that was the moment I realized that it only takes one great crypto bet to change your life, there is no need to these unnecessary crypto diversification. BNB is still one of my strongest coin to hold.

Why have a lot when you can just have one that will change your life for ever over time. It’s good to diversify your investment but doing on a great coin or token is the best.
