Hive Needs More Engagement

I have been writing about this topic ever since I noticed the lack of engagement with the post of new members on the hive blockchain.
dont get me wrong, I know that the known writers have put in a lot of work to get where they are today and that the newbies have to do the same; but how are they going to get anywhere if no one engages with their post.
we all know that for hive to develop even more there is need for more people and if they are not guided through the right path they will call the hive blockchain just another social media that consider only the few highly placed people.

i know am not in any place to say this because i have been in the hive blockchain for about three months now compared to those that have been here for the past five years but still for there to be people who have been in the hive blockchain five years ago in the next 10 years, then we all have to work together to ensure that meaningful posts are engaged with even though the writers are newbies.
if you see any thing wrong with a post, just kindly comment on the mistake you see.
