HIVE mindset: PROOF THAT GOOD CONTENT ATTRACT GOOD REWARD

Happy Sunday y'all , I hope you are all stacking up your reward tokens because I am, and infact am here with the proof that good content attracts good reward but before we jump into the topic I will like to thank all the communities for the encouragement and also the users who give value to the community because without them this post won't be in existence.

First I will like to state that if your post or article gets reward from one tribe and does not from the other or gets massive reword from one and less from the other then you should bare it in mind that it is because the different tribes or communities probably have different styles which they are accustomed to and what I mean is that it is not every topic that fits more than one tribe and that is why they are categorized.

Anyways, I am writing this post to proof that good content attracts good reward especially for newbies, beginners or who ever might be interested in reading this post.
In the Hive blockchain and different tribes, people are categorized into two namely 'the creators' and 'the curators'; The creators are those who are willing to put in their time and effort Into creating good quality content and not just for the reward but also for the experience and knowledge which is gained and the curators are those who scan and go through different posts or articles to reward good quality content which they think the creators put in time and effort to create so as to enable them to keep posting in order to create a suitable environment for the community and also for the newcomers.

Seeing the earning of those in the front of each community, it seems too easy to earn in the Hive blockchain but actually as a content creator they are two virtues which you must abide to in order to grow and that is consistency and persistence, what I mean by consistency is that every creator must keep doing there research and producing quality content for the community in exchange for the rewards which will be received, and what I mean by persistence is that even if a good and quality article does not bring in enough reward or does not bring in any reward at all, a creator should strive to create more articles despite knowing that not all will be rewarded according to his/her hard work.

This post came out of experience and experiment of which i conducted on my own and it proofed to be right because the post that took me two days to create in which I offered good value to the community yielded more rewards than the one which I created in just 5 minutes which yielded close to nothing as you can see in the picture below.
