He Came Out Of A Prison And Got Caught Again

"Show me a toy that runs with a key."

"Sir, now the era of key toys is gone. Would you like to consider this remote-controlled car? Today's kids like them a lot more than other toys."

He looked at that beautiful toy for a long time and then groped for his pocket. After some time, he took out some money from his pocket and said to the shopkeeper, "Listen, keep this $30. I do not have the remaining five right now.

"Hey sir, please send us the rest by bank app."

He was a surprised to hear this from the shopkeeper. He did not understand the point of the shopkeeper's message properly. A bank app, what was that?

The shopkeeper, looking at him, felt he was getting a profit of $15 on that toy, so he said, "Okay, take it".

He was about to visit his daughter for the first time after 22 years in jail today. The last time he saw his daughter, he had gone to the market to get a toy for her when he was arrested by the police in connection with a bomb blast. Today after twenty-two years, he was proved innocent and was released from jail.

"How much has changed in these 22 years?" He was moving forward towards his house, thinking that in these years his daughter would have grown up too. He ran back to that shop. He wanted to return that toy, so he requested the shopkeeper, "Take it back and return my money, please. I don't want this toy.

"What do you mean? You should know that we don't return goods once they are sold. We have a signboard to this effect.

He was a little disappointed. If he wanted, he would have taken the money back by hitting the shopkeeper, but by doing so, he did not want to get into trouble with the police and the law again. However, he did not want to return to his home empty-handed.

There was a dress store next to that shop. He went inside and asked for a ladies' dress.

"Show me a nice dress for a 25-year-old girl"

"Oh wow, just show him the new set of dresses." The store manager asked his salesman.

Within no time, a pile of dresses appeared in front of him. Absolutely beautiful dresses. He suddenly remembered the day when he had come for the first time to get a dress for his wife and, instead of one, had bought three from this shop.

He had been in the dress store for more than twenty minutes. It was not that he did not like dresses. But he had no money in his pocket. He was just looking for an opportunity, as when that shop's owner or salesman was not around, he could pick up one dress and get away.

He had no intention of cheating the shopkeeper but to pay them as and when he reached his bank and withdrew what he earned during his stay in jail. Finally, he got the opportunity and got away with a beautiful dress when the salesman had gone to bring a few more dresses for him.

He immediately took advantage of that opportunity and ran away with that beautiful dress. After running for a long time, he heard the sound of people shouting from afar. Although he had come a long way from the shop. He was also thinking in his mind that after going home and giving the dress to his daughter, he would immediately withdraw the money he earned in jail from the bank and return it to the shopkeeper.

When he came home, he called his daughter. A beautiful twenty-five-year-old girl opened the front door. He was almost speechless seeing his daughter. Tears filled his eyes. He put his hand on his daughter's head and gave her that dress.

As soon as he entered into his house, the shopkeeper, accompanied by two police officers, came in and said, ,"This is the thief, get him".

"Oh, I haven't stolen anything. I will pay you for this dress shortly."

"We have seen everything on the CCTV cameras." The shopkeeper said, "There is no need to be too smart. Once you go to the police station, all your tricks will disappear."

"What is this CCTV camera?" This question came to his mind, but before he got an answer, he was again handcuffed. His daughter was weeping and looking at him with contempt in her eyes.

He could feel, she was unaware of what was going on in his mind. He wished he could communicate his feelings to her silently. But probably the long separation between the two had disconnected their mental frequency.
