My family and I chose not to go anywhere at the end of this year, that means we only celebrate the new year together with the family at home, considering that in our country Indonesia there is an appeal from the government not to take a vacation to celebrate the new year abroad considering our country is being hit by a virus pandemic Corona or Covid 19.

And as good citizens, we will obey the advice of our government.

Therefore, today I will not share about a suitable place for a weekend with the family, but I prefer to display an innovative creation in making dishes for the family on weekends at home with the family.

Being a housewife is required to always be creative in managing the household, especially about food, as a housewife must be smart and creative in serving food that is not only delicious, but can still save money without spending a lot of money, this is the ideal wife and the mother desired by the children.

To cook this delicious vegetable menu the ingredients you need are:

  • 1 Old Coconut

The ingredients for the seasoning are:

  • Turmeric

  • Garlic
  • Green chili
  • Coriander

  • In the cooking stage, prepare a pot and pour enough water into it, then add the long beans, melinjo leaves, cassava leaves and tekokak eggplant into the pan, don't forget to also add coconut milk that has been squeezed, wait until all the ingredients are stilt nuts, melinjko leaves, cassava leaves and tender eggplant.
