The way of Roses.

Amicia entered the University, deftly navigating the town under martial law. She was nearing the Sanguinis Itinera, the mythical book that will help Hugo pass the first threshold, a crucial step in the evolution of his illness. But the inquisition was already there...

After getting in the University through the back door, it seemed safer inside and I noticed a lot of books around that looked like somebody checked them thoroughly. The book I was looking for was not in there.

I reached this chamber that was full of book shelves and it got me confused about the book I was looking for. I looked around for the book I was there for but I didn't see anything worth taking so I kept walking to deeper in the University.

After noticing roses on some banners, Amicia understood she was on the right path and then we heard some Inquisition guards talking around. They were talking about a young lad who would open a final door. I had to take down a guard there.

Using a crate, I jumped up as the gate beneath was locked and I found another door above that I could unlock from this side.

After going on the other side, I noticed some guards talking to an alchemist that looked like the one whom I saw before. He somehow noticed me and came towards me to make sure so I had to take him down.

After taking down the alchemist, I went below and found another guard that I took care of. I found some recourses there as well. I found two guards at once in there other rom and I took both of them down at the same time and I had to be real fast with this.

When Amicia started being surprised not seeing any rats around, there came those vicious creatures. I chased the rats away using a torch and found a plant there with a flower. Amicia kept the flower in her ear side thinking of Hugo as he'd do it.

Now I moved to another alley and noticed some guards with heavy armors pushing a blacksmith saying there's work waiting for him. I couldn't get past those guards with heavy armor so I had to look for an alternative way.

I found an alternative way but there were two more of them looking for something. I distracted them and passed that room to get to the other room.

Now there were hundreds of rats blocking my way that I couldn't move from my way using the light beam. After trying the light beam for sometimes, I used a Luminosa to burn them and I made my way.

Then I noticed someone was draining blood from a body and making it ready for something. That man looked dead already and he was tortured, it seemed.

All this was for an old man, the grand inquisitor Vitalis who was present there. It looked like he was sick with the same illness that Hugo is carrying and he needed the blacksmith to open a hidden door to get the book I was there for.

The blacksmith was actually the son of the man who got killed by the inquisitors so he was not behaving well but the guards started torturing him and broke his spirit. Then they started moving towards the hidden door.
