It's important to rest from the stressful daily routine
There is an abusive tendency to generalize the applicability of solutions to spiritual problems as if something were going to serve in the same way and rhythm for everyone. The stresses of our daily lives are different, as are our Shadows and the way we deal with them, but we want to insist that the same solution has to work for everyone: Meditate, do yoga, you'll be fine. And they still think, in an elitist way, who works on their spiritual development just because they don't do things the way we do: they aren't doing well, or they aren't doing enough.
Let's go see something, if we are all DIFFERENT, the solutions to relax and get closer to our center will be different too. They all have something in common: love. It sounds very general, but think, what brings the most love to your life?
Relaxing from stress means knowing our body and knowing what makes us really abstract and feel calm/welcomed. Knowing what brings us to a moment of peace and connection. For some it may be a book, for others, it may be meditation, for others it may be a walk, a dance, or even simply painting.
We need to understand that our creative qualities are our greatest connection to the root, and as much as meditation is good for anyone, it doesn't have to be my solution when I need to relax, because for me something can work much better than that. that meditation at those times and everything is ok.
