Now that you know, let’s get to the point. What are the 5 reasons I love Hive so much— check this out below. ❤️
An Ecosystem Bursting With e-Lives
e-Lives= virtual people. :)
So, I think I don’t have to explain it further. Still, about the ecosystem, it took me more than a year to understand why this is called an ecosystem and we, the users are symbolised by fishes or diversified kinds. For now, it’s all about us— the living fishes within that determine the value of the platform.
And trust me— I have been in contact with many fishes here; good fish, bad fish, fishy fish— all are different but united by one goal— to make this platform the role model for others. I have never met anyone who has the motive to cause harm to the community he/she belongs to or even others.
Passive Earning
To be brutally honest, my primary interest in Hive is surrounded by the earning opportunity it offers to the writers around. Being a writer for more than 4 years, I have explored a plethora of platforms where words can be monetised— Hive is the last to join, and guess what— I have found what I have been looking for.
Even though I had an account on Steemit, my journey there was not satisfactory, and after trying to log in for several weeks which ended in failure, I left it as it is and never looked back to this date.
Actually, why bothering an abandoned and god-forsaken platform where you are subjected to be exploited rather than rewarded— so, here I am. And with the endless opportunity of earning from the ecosystem, I find no reason not to love Hive.
Communities that Make You Feel Alive!
Yes— you cannot be more alive when you are surrounded by so many creative communities full of like-minded souls. For instance, I feel like I belong to #BDCommunity where I seek refuge when bored and need a creative flair to ignite myself with.
Not only that the communities I have mentioned are supportive but there are people from my local as well as neighbouring communities whom I can share my thoughts with, interact, and release my stress silently. There are plenty of other communities but you have to resonate with their themes and being a proud Bangali, what would be more suitable for me than that?
Oh yes, to some extent, the #Freewriters community is another where I feel more alive— you should try reading the microfiction the writers there produce— pretty dope!
Futuristic
Web 3.0 is the new internet and without a doubt, it will rule the virtual world for a quite long time. I am very much in liking the idea of HP that assures you that you have savings for the future while rewarding the content creators daily.
It’s like a retirement plan technically embedded in your life to tackle any unwanted situation you may face in your life (financially). As you are not subjected to withdraw HP whenever you wish, it’s safe there, declaring the safety of yours every time you visit your wallet to take a look. Besides, the technology itself is the most modern, allowing you to build a career, and note my word— no matter how non-technical person you are, stay with Hive for at least 1 year and you’ll have this desire to try learning a thing or two. Not convinced? Try visiting the witness feed or other core features that Hive offers. The bustling life there will blow your mind, no doubt.
The Pleasure in Anonymity
In one of my posts, I explained how Hive is doubling the pleasure of being anonymous in the community. It’s one of the reasons I can open myself to the people I come across in this blockchain. I am more like an introverted person and find pleasure keeping myself at bay when I am surrounded by strangers— but this applies to when I’m away from plain sight of others. For example, I will shout without hesitation at night when it’s pitch black but will remain silent in broad daylight.
That being said, I am writing this cause you don’t know who I am or where I live and can’t gossip when I am crossing you in the streets. :D
Okay, these are my 5 reasons why I love hive. What’s yours?
Let me know.
And yeah— Happy Anniversary Hive!!! 🎂🎂
Thanks a lot for your time and patience 😃
