Journalism and their flaws

Every media practitioner has an Agenda , before every report, story is produced the media House editorial meeting will clearly outline the agenda and if you are not in line with their Agenda you resign. There are news that you will never hear there are stories that must die with the journalist except he or she wants to cause war!, There are conversations that for the sake of peace a journalist must take a step back from covering or reporting till the citizens take it up to a light where the reporter won’t be accused of in-sighting the public to war.

E.g Werstern media is painting Russia as a villain but Arabian and some African + Asian media are painting Russian as a good country

Like I said it depends on the agenda and what station you are watching or reading

Also let’s get it clearly Newscasters , reporters and Presenters are on different agendas and as such are held accountable differently

A newscaster can’t add,subtract or edit a news report he / she’s job is just to inform the public the information the medias reporters have complied in an unbiased and non emotional style possible

While a presenter can add or colorize a story ( this is where the danger is cuz during this time objectivity is difficult)

Also note as a Presenter there are two types ( Program Presenters / News Presenter )especially if you are also an associate producer you can refuse to speak on an issue or topic if you values does not support it an you won’t be fired

Then we have reporters ( depending the beats they covered they are the guys that go out and collect the information. )

⁩ journalists is a broad profession and the owners don’t control everything there market factored and Presenter sentiment also plays a role.
