Be mindful of the type of testimonies you share

What actually brought this thought was cause I read something of recent about giving testimonies and likes in our various places of worship.

Take for instance someone came to give testimony that he only survived a ghastly accident in a bus of 15 passengers. That God loves him so much that he spared him, You can imagine that does it mean God doesn't love others that gave up the ghost. This is even very common and our religious leaders are not doing what's necessary about it.

We really need to do better when giving testimonies like this so we don't breed hatred in the hearts of others.

Well actually, more has to be done to put the church in the relative order of love and holy communion.

The kind of testimony we share sometimes are engineered by our mindset of what is thought to be the good we enjoy, whereas in the rare sense of our construction of goodness we neglect or let me say don't give credence to the impact of the testimony on others if it's direct or indirectly edifying or otherwise.

The person who thinks something like that or even speaks it out loud is a fool in my opinion. There may have been all kinds of random explanations for it but to say they were chosen to live I think is foolish. People put feelings where they don’t belong in scenarios like this.
