Lumpiang Sariwa (Fresh Spring Rolls) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork or beef
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced cabbage
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped mint
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
20 spring roll wrappers
1 cup peanut sauce (for dipping)
