Tables Had Turned On Baby Brother
Right from the time Mom's pregnancy was 8 months plus. I could tell Mom was about birthing a naughty boy. Because this particular pregnancy made her almost go crazy.

She was always very annoying, and sometimes she would shout over unnecessary things. You dare not disagree with Mom in any case otherwise, be prepared to go to high court with Mom.
Dad didn't really enjoy staying home because he felt he wouldn't be able to handle Mom, especially when she started behaving really annoying and bossy. Sometimes dad would come gist with me how he can't wait for Mom to deliver.
"Nora had anyone told me this is what I'd be facing when your Mom is pregnant again. Believe me, I wouldn't have bothered about stressing her for another child" his words made me giggle and smile...., Dad it's OK, Some pregnancy stages are like this. I think it's normal for this to happen considering the sex of the child. I'm worried this stress will make Mom deliver a very naughty baby boy. "I replied", I was well aware that if Mom heard us talking about the baby in that way, she wouldn't spare us. So when Dad and I were discussing, we made sure that coast is cleared before we began to talk.
I can't forget the scenario that made Mom get into an argument with Dad. No matter how I tried to put peace, it didn't work. So I shouted out at the top of my voice "Mom getting angry isn't healthy for baby brother". That statement "baby brother" made her still. I'll tell you why. Mom doesn't like going for scan to determine the sex of the baby., there's no way she would agree with that. If you pressure her about it, she'll say your a spoiler alert, so instead, she prefers to get a big surprise on the delivery day.
Truly. This particular pregnancy phase wasn't easy with Mom nor with us. The few weeks that were left felt like forever. It felt as though the day was slowing down on purpose. I couldn't really enjoy Mom's vibes. And it was clear to her that everyone was just waiting for the D-Day. I had already started planning sweet names for my darling baby brother.
Finally, weeks later, Mom had finally delivered her baby. I'm sure you can guess the gender. Nevermind, I'll tell you. It was a cute adorable baby boy. Mom pinched me jokingly and asked how I knew it was a baby boy. I just smiled and said "I'm a fortune teller mother, you shouldn't underestimate me". The birth of my baby brother filled the house's atmosphere with a lot of positive energy. Nothing made me so excited other than the fact that Mom would finally return to her old self.
Celebration and congratulatory messages just kept on coming in and it felt like it was the best time of the year. Dad finally took an off day from work just to make sure that he was spending quality time with all of us. After all he finally got his junior. Grandma had come to visit and she would stay and assist Mom to nurse baby brother. I was really excited about everything. And it was all thanks to baby brother.
For each Month, The baby would take a different stage of development and Mom didn't want to miss the memories. So, just like it was in my case she did same for baby brother. She took pictures of every growth that was observed. Baby brother was so sweet but whenever he cries, no one else but Mom couldn't calm him down. He didn't really like it whenever I carried him to sit. He prefers it when I'm walking around., "how naughty"? He was my favorite person at home because he really enjoyed it when I sing him lullaby to sleep. But sometimes he cries out his heart whenever I try to sing for him.
There was something I used to notice when Mom breast feeds him. I can tell you that I was surprised to see it. In fact I couldn't help but imagine Mom's pain and what she was going through. When baby brother started growing tiny teeth, one tooth up and another one down, I noticed that whenever Mom is breastfeeding him, maybe once he was satisfied or didn't want to suck, he would play with Mom's breast and would end up bitting her nipple.
He did it the first time and smiled after making Mom shout out in pain. Deep down, I just concluded we're out for naughty baby's trouble. He did it again the second time while sucking Mom's breast and Mom spared him. After all, he's a baby. Then the third time. Now this last time, the tables were turned on him. While Mom was breastfeeding him, you know that usual act that the baby would take his finger into his Mom's mouth while he's sucking, that's what my baby brother did that day. As usual, While sucking, when he was tired and didn't want to suck again, he bit Mom's nipple and, mistakenly Mom bit his tiny fingers. Oh no, baby brother was in a lot of pain after getting a "taste of his own medicine".
Trust me, since that day baby brother never tried that again. Once he was satisfied, he would just pull the breast from his mouth.

Your mum just taught him his first lesson, Haha. Her didn't like the taste of his own medicine. I hope he didn't cry a lot after the bite?
Surely the mother intuitively gave the baby a very gentle nibble. He really is a very smart baby, he immediately understood and stopped trying his sharp teeth on his mother's nipple,
Being a mother is actually a very complicated and complex process for women. They face many changes, both physical and emotional, and their lives take a 180-degree turn. After becoming mothers they are never the same again.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
Happy day.
You are truly right when you said you're a fortune teller mother cos you've sight your baby gender already and with character his going to display after being born
That's a very nice tactics your mum implored. He got the taste of his own medicine in a very mild but painful way in his part. Babies growth is indeed a phase that bring joy and happiness to the faces of the family. I'm happy for her safe delivery as that put an end to the uncontrollable nagging, that can be very very annoying.
