Aqua - fizjoterapia i siłownia 💪: December 5 2022
Kamila (fizjoterapeutka) zrobiła świetną robotę.
Napięć w mięśniach było sporo. Trochę się nacierpiałem, ale było warto.
Na siłowni zrobiłem 15 minut rozgrzewki, następnie kilka piramidalnych serii, 10-8-6-6 powtórzeń, bez przerw, zmniejszając jedynie obciążenie na każdej serii.
W grudniu dokładam trening siłowy do biegania, i zobaczymy jakie będą efekty.
Zakwasy trochę dokuczają, ale taki urok tej zabawy.
