Haha ... 10am is an early rise for me. I am the quintessential night owl but I am loving the recipe. Good way to used left over mash. I am getting inspired. Stay tuned. I am going to try something.

I'm inspired by this recipe, but not so inspired at 12:42am to start cooking. I'll leave that for the proper breakfast time when the sun is out and the birds are singing.
:) Well, to be fair, it is breakfast time somewhere in the world.
LOL. True. True. It is now mid-morning in my part of the world and after I get my coffee and walk in, I'll be pulling out the waffle iron to see what kind of trouble I can get into.
