Another great exploration. The night photo looks so mysterious to me. The location is amazing and different... I hope you are taking care of your Asthma.

Have a great week...

Yep, medication every day and breathing ocean air a lot. Thank you for your care! I hope your health is better than weeks before. How are you doing recently?

My treatment and medication are ongoing... I am better but still a long way to go. For now, the main goal is good sleep without having nightmares...

Yes, sleep is a healer by itself. I'm glad to hear you are on your path to getting better, wish you a smooth process!

Sorry to jump into this convo but this is interesting. I have asthma too, pretty bad actually, but whenever I´m by the sea, my asthma problems disappear. Almost overnight. And it´s doesn´t matter if it´s in the tropics or in colder climates. Just being by the sea and breathing the humid salty air has instant and very strong healing effects on me. Seeing that you still have to take your medication (is it an inhaler?) even on the island, I guess it works differently for you. Sorry about that...

No problem. I can feel a difference too, especially when sitting on the coast with big waves. Breathing is different. And when I arrived Tenerife I used two meds, but it improved meanwhile so I went down to one only. I even had a one day when all the synptoms were gone entirely. So the situation is dynamic I would say :)

Happy to hear that :) Maybe, if you stay longer, your symptoms will disappear completely. It works like that for me. But whenever I return back to my country, my asthma and allergies are back immediately :(
