Sesión de juegos de mesa #4 // Board games session #4

Una nueva sesión de juegos de mesa, donde pude jugar 3 juegos de mesa nuevos para mi, realmente entretenido. Detallo:

Un juego con miniaturas, en donde de forma cooperativa el grupo de jugadores interpreta los 4 personajes disponibles con diversas habilidades. El juego contiene un total de 25 escenarios, llegamos a terminar el primero. Es un juego que mediante cartas y orden de iniciativa se irá creando una estrategia que permita superar el escenario.

A game with miniatures, where in a cooperative way the group of players plays the 4 available characters with different abilities. The game contains a total of 25 scenarios, we got to finish the first one. It is a game that by means of cards and initiative order will create a strategy to overcome the scenario.

El despliegue del juego es llamativo, con miniaturas, cartas y contadores. Lo que llama más la atención es que el mapa de cada escenario está incluido en un libro, que incluso se puede expandir con páginas extra.

The display of the game is striking, with miniatures, cards and counters. What is most striking is that the map of each scenario is included in a book, which can even be expanded with extra pages.

Esa primera misión no habrá tomado más de una hora terminar, y me dejó con ganas de más, si hay suerte, espero completar todos los escenarios en futuras sesiones.

That first mission won't have taken more than an hour to finish, and left me wanting more, hopefully, I hope to complete all the scenarios in future sessions.

Fantasy Realms

Un juego de cartas sencillo, en donde mediante la mezcla de las tipos, penalizaciones y bonuses; se debe buscar la mejor mezcla de 7 cartas que te otorgue la mayor cantidad de puntos antes del final de juego. El juego finaliza apenas se descarte 10 cartas de las repartidas inicialmente y las que se roben.

A simple card game, where by mixing types, penalties and bonuses, you must find the best mix of 7 cards that will give you the most points before the end of the game. The game ends as soon as 10 cards are discarded from those initially dealt and those that are drawn.

Es un juego que dura de 10 a 20 minutos, así que llegamos a jugar 2 partidas. Nos acabó gustando, para la puntuación usamos un app oficial que permite realizar la puntuación de manera simple.

It is a game that lasts from 10 to 20 minutes, so we got to play 2 games. We ended up liking it, for the scoring we used an official app that allows us to score in a simple way.

Dig Out

Un juego que nos pone en la situación de unos reos en una cárcel, nuestro objetivo es escapar excavando un túnel mediante cartas. El juego nos da diversos objetos que podremos revender por cigarrillos(la moneda del juego), construir herramientas o armas, o usarlas como acceso a bandas, etc. El juego enfrenta a los jugadores ya que puedes aprovecharte de otro jugador atacando y obteniendo sus herramientas para escapar, como una pala.

A game that puts us in the situation of some inmates in a prison, our goal is to escape by digging a tunnel using cards.The game gives us various objects that we can resell for cigarettes (the in-game currency), build tools or weapons, or use them as access to gangs, etc. The game pits players against each other as you can take advantage of another player by attacking and obtaining their tools to escape, such as a shovel.

La partida dura alrededor de 90 minutos, y fue muy divertida por las situaciones que se daban, en donde un jugador podía ser robado por un tercero, y este tercero también ser robado; generó muchas risas. Es un juego que me sorprendió, ya que a primera vista no me parecía entretenido. Por el despliegue del juego, acaba siendo completo, lo más divertido son los cigarrillos usados como monedas en el juego.

The game lasts about 90 minutes, and it was very funny because of the situations that arose, where a player could be robbed by a third party, and this third party could also be robbed; it generated a lot of laughs.It is a game that surprised me, since at first sight it did not seem entertaining. The display of the game ends up being attractive, the funniest part being the cigarettes used as coins in the game.

La partida acabó con un jugador evitando ser robado y atacado, logrando completar su túnel. Fue divertido.

The game ended with one player avoiding being robbed and attacked, managing to complete his tunnel. It was fun.
