El género isekai tiene mucha popularidad actualmente, series anime como Konosuba o Sword Art Online, lograron establecer un género, que actualmente saca un montón de títulos en series anime o manga; pero en este caso, tenemos una película. La cinta se estrenó el 2019, siendo director Yoshiyuki Momose y producida por OLM; a su vez, está basada en el videojuego Ni no kuni de Akihiro Hino.

The isekai genre is currently very popular, anime series such as Konosuba or Sword Art Online, managed to establish a genre, which currently brings out a lot of titles in anime or manga series; but in this case, we have a movie. The film was released in 2019, being director Yoshiyuki Momose and produced by OLM; also, it is based on the video game Ni no kuni by Akihiro Hino.

Yusuke, Haru y Kotona son grandes amigos, siendo los últimos una pareja. Un día, Kotona es perseguida por un desconocido, ella pide auxilio a sus amigos, pero durante la persecución , Yusuke y Haru están a punto de sufrir un choque automovilístico. En ese momento, acaban siendo transportados a otro mundo. En este otro mundo, los chicos intentan entender cómo llegaron allí, donde está Kotona y lo más extraño, que conexión hay entre la Tierra y ese mundo fantástico.

Yusuke, Haru and Kotona are close friends, the latter being a couple. One day, Kotona is chased by a stranger, she calls for help from her friends, but during the chase, Yusuke and Haru are about to get into a car crash. At that moment, they end up being transported to another world. In this other world, the boys try to understand how they got there, where Kotona is and, strangest of all, what connection there is between Earth and this fantastic world.

Es una película que parte con una premisa intrigante, ya que la conexión entre los 2 mundos no es clara, y se irá descifrando según pase la película. Por otro lado, se trata un tema interesante, la determinación de conseguir lo quieres, y cuál es el precio que estás dispuesto a pagar; a su vez, es una historia con ciertos giros y sorpresas. Un punto malo, a mi parecer, es el personaje de Haru, que llega a ser bien irritante en varios tramos del filme.

It is a film that starts with an intriguing premise, since the connection between the 2 worlds is not clear, and will be deciphered as the film goes on. On the other hand, it deals with an interesting subject, the determination to get what you want, and what is the price you are willing to pay; at the same time, it is a story with some twists and surprises. A bad point, in my opinion, is the character of Haru, who becomes quite irritating in several parts of the film.

En la animación, hay partes de la película donde se nota irregular o casi mala, pero en general es aceptable. En otros aspectos técnicos, esta todo ok. En mi caso, me entretuvo y me hizo preguntarme cuál sería el final, en otro punto bueno, es un tanto impredecible.

In the animation, there are parts of the film where it is irregular or almost bad, but in general it is acceptable. In other technical aspects, everything is ok. In my case, it entertained me and made me wonder what the ending would be, in another good point, it is somewhat unpredictable.

Si te gusta el género isekai o viajar a mundos fantásticos, es una buena opción.
