Spicy Jatropha

Today I want to share another beautiful flower plant that i clicked a few days ago while visiting the temple. These plants have been grown on both sides of the road to the temple. It is an evergreen plant. It looked beautiful with its five petal flowers.

Binomial name of this flowering plant is Jatropha Integerrima. As apparent it belongs to the species of flowering plants, in the spurge family Euphorbiaceae. It is native to the regions of Cuba and has been introduced into tropical and subtropical areas all around the world as an ornamental plant.Source
