Getting Isolated in The Mountains. Spending few Days of November in The Most Peaceful City of Himalayas.
Hello Everyone,
I has been a long time since I have posted any post on Hive Blog. In the month of October I had my final Exams for my 12th Grade by which I was bit busy in my studies.
The day my exams got over, I decided to take a break from my daily schedule and spend few days of my vacation in the upper regions of Kullu town.
I took few books with me and also took my camera and removed the data Sim card from my mobile phone. By doing so I just went disconnected from the Internet World.
In these few day I tried my best to explore the beauty of this small town Manali. which is situated at an altitude of 2000m from the sea level.
While travelling to the cottage in which I was staying I saw few youngsters marching up for saving the environment.
The day of 10th November was celebrated as 'The Van Mahotsava' A campaign of youngsters which was named 'Save the Environment ' was organised.
After waking around 1KM from Mall Road I reached the cottage in which I was staying.
It was CAFE BELLA VISTA COTTAGES & CAFE
A peaceful cottage in the upper region of Manali.
The cottage also had a Beautiful Garden at the backside of Cafe. In these few days of my life I realised that Beauty lies not only in man-made things, but also in objects of nature.
The Peaceful Trails, the multi-coloured Tress shredding their leaves, the mesmerising green valleys, the snow-covered mountains, flowers have all been a great source of endless joy to man.
It was finally the evening sunshine, after keeping my luggage in Cottage and taking a long nap I decided to go for an evening walk to Mall Road.
While walking through the peaceful road I encountered a wooden Cottage which was all wooden.
The beauty of this amazing architecture made me wait form clicking it's picture.
The evening sunshine was making leaves shine as bright as they could.
I finally reached Mall Road after a walk of 15 Minutes from the cottage in which I was staying.
It was all peaceful to see the people busy in their life everyone hustling bustling here and there in search of some work or service and forgetting the beauty of this heavenly nature.
After walking for a while I sat at the bench, I saw few local old women’s selling lilac flowers for their earnings.
It was around 5 o’clock in the evening finally the time to go back to our stay. Day 1 of my trip went so amazing and peaceful.
Day 2 Exploring Old Manali
It was finally Day 2 of my trip, I decided to explore the Village Old Manali which is also know as A mini Israel of India.
This was the only Bride to Old Manali which connected Old Manali and Manali. Old Manali used to be an ancient village but after construction and all it doesn’t seemed like Old Anymore like Old Manali 😅.
After Entering Old Manali I saw many shops of Hand Made Stuff. This Store was of Hand made Dream Catchers, Woolen Hand Knited Cloths and Products made from Hemp.
There were Handmade Stores in almost every corner of Old Manali which was kinda of giving me vintage feeling.
There were also arts in almost every single walls of Old Manali. In other words what I felt was that Old Manali was a place of Art and Music Almost every single cafe here had Live music being performed.
Almost every single Walls were painted with Trippy Arts by trippy people 😅
There were also arts of Musical Bands Like Rock Bands of 90's. This was the thing I really liked about Old Manali that People who were living here were still in touch with live Music.
After walking few miles in Old Manali I saw few Old Styled Himalayan Houses They were kinda Hidden Now a days was lucky to find Himalayan Old houses liker finding a four leaved Clover.
So it was finally the time to say goodbye to Old Manali as I had to Go Back to our place before Evening.
Day 3 Exploring Manu Temple of Dhungri
It was Day 3 in Manali I decided to go for a little Hike to Dhungri. Ancient Hadimba Temple was situated here.
It was really peaceful place to meditate as you gays can see in this picture. The pathway to Hadimba Temple was through the dense Pine Forest.
According to the ancient sayings of local people they believe that few Devdar trees of this forest are older than 500 years.
Finally reached my destination Hadimba Devi Temple which was around 500 years old Architecture.
This temple was constructed of whole wood and that wood was around 500 years old. It was really a peaceful and mind refreshing place. I sat on bench for a while and read the book which I brought with me.
It was finally the day when I had to go back to my place. In these few day I was just into nature. I not at once turned the wifi of my Mobile phone on of texted some one. It was really mind refreshing therapy for me. I will never forget there days of my life because In these few day I learnt that Nature is out best friend if we will hard our best friend it will harm us.
