Happy fiery 🔥 Tuesday and a very warm welcome to my world. You know the drill, it's all about trees every Tuesday🌲🌳😹. As always thank you so much for stopping by yet again. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and as it comes to an end am raring to go with my stepping and the trending stories of the day.
Let's get into all that and more, here we go again 💨.
So I kicked off the day with a little bit of stretching then a walk around the neighborhood. Went to park then the grocery then headed back indoors.
Next I got on with the chores then watched some YouTube and kept up with the trending stories.
Its been quite a cloudy day and that extended until this evening when I took the final walk. As usual slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. No beautiful sunset 🌄 though, just thick clouds😹.
So now let's get into the trending news of the day.
In Gaza the blood bath continued with dozens of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks😿. Starting off in Beit Lahia in the north. The Israeli siege has entered its third week.
In Gaza city, four Palestinians killed and many injured by an Israeli airstrikes as they were waiting to buy food at a market🙀.
More deaths in southern Lebanon as Israel targeted an area close to Sidon, seven killed as there was no prior warning😿.
In the East, Israeli airstrikes have killed 60 people in the Bekaa valley. This as Hezbollah appointed Naim Kassim as their new leader.
He has continued being defiant, saying no ceasefire until Israel stops airstrikes.
In the other war, Russian airstrikes have killed four people in Kharkiv😿.
Still in Europe, UK trending as minimum wage rates set to rise in April next year. The chancellor confirmed this ahead of tomorrow's budget.
However, there's also fear that in that budget, taxes may be raised too 🙀. Let's wait for tomorrow.
Across, the pond in the US, the campaigning still going on. Harris is in DC for her closing argument while Trump will be in Pennsylvania. It's just a week to d-day😹.
In America, the electoral college has 538 electors, the winning candidate will need at least 270+1. Those swing states will also be crucial because of that "winner takes all" system for allocating votes🙀.
Finally in crazy weather, southern Spain trending as heavy rain 🌧️ caused flooding. It was also accompanied by golf ball sized hailstorms that caused damage to houses and cars🙀.
Anyways, all's well that ends well 💯.
