Hello everyone 😻,
Happy Sunday 😊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's a day of reflection and gratitude 💯. I counted my blessings and am grateful for everything I have and everything that's coming in future, everything will be ok for everyone regardless of the current situation. Keep believing and reaching greater heights💯.
Anyways, thank you for taking your time to read this. Lets quickly take a look at how my day went including the trending stories that caught my eye 👀. Here we go again 💨.
So today I had no morning walk choosing instead to rest in a little😹. I had a late night 😴 last night researching a few things here and there.
Throughout the day, I was on youtube, twitter checking out the trending stories and news.
I did some house chores and the cooking as usual. It was largely a nice sunny 🌞 day with a little bit of clouds ☁️ here and there.
This evening is when I had my walk. Around Fulham stadium area and I discovered the river behind the stadium. Had a little bit of a walk by the river bank before heading back indoors.
So that was my day and now let's take a look at some of the trending stories.
Joe Biden has decided to take over all newsrooms by stepping down from the presidential race on a Sunday evening of all days😹.
Why didn't he wait for Monday? Anyway he has endorsed VP Kamila Harris to go head to head with Trump in November 🙀.
She still has to be nominated at the democratic convention in Chicago next month.
Former president Barack Obama issued a statement but didn't directly endorse Kamala🙀. So did former speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Biden has been under pressure to step aside from some prominent democrats. At 81 he has been having a hard time coordinating his sentences and remembering names😿. His debate with Trump laid it all bare and surprised everyone.
Anyways, we wait to see how the democrats will deal with this, given that the elections are around the corner.
Am fearing for sexist and racist attacks coming for Kamala🙀. Unfortunately that's the world we live in😿.
In other news, Netanyahu has said that ceasefire talks will restart as Israeli protesters demand a deal be reached. This is especially true for families of captives being held in Gaza. Let's wait and see.
So that's it from me, it's gonna be an interesting new week ahead.

As for why Biden did this on Sunday; I (my opinion) would say it's because the stock exchanges and the markets are closed. There's been a number of things that could impact the markets, that were announced on Sunday or the eve of a major holiday. That way, the announcements can't create panick in the markets.
