Happy Thursday 🎊 and a very warm welcome to my report. Thank you for stopping by as I breakdown how my day went including some of the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.
Let's not waste any more time, here we go again 💨.
So just like yesterday I was up early for my morning walk around the neighborhood. By 9 the sun 🌞 was out making for a beautiful sunrise 🌄, though the blowing wind was a little chilly.
After about 30 minutes I was back indoors handling the usual house chores. Later on, I was on YouTube watching the trending news and crypto related stuff.
My final walk, was the usual slow paced sunset 🌄 walk. Just around the neighborhood ending up at my workout corner in the park🌳.I made it back safe n sound calling it a day.
In trending news, today has been election day in the UK.
There are about 650 seats up for grabs. The exit poll is showing the Labour party has won most seats by any party since 2001😹.
That's a predicted 410 seats, with ruling conservatives predicted to get 131, Lib Dems 61, reform party 13 and the rest for smaller parties.
So after 14 years of conservative rule, the UK will have Labour party's Keir Starmer as next PM😹.
These are predictions but are fairly accurate, let's wait for tomorrow though.
Across the pond in the US, Happy Independence day if u are celebrating🎊.
But also trending, a senior official says there's been a breakthrough in negotiations between Israel and Hamas🎊.
An Israeli delegation is headed to Doha Qatar to negotiate the release of Israeli hostages from Gaza💯.
Speaking of Gaza, another horrific day as around 22 Palestinians killed in severe Israeli airstrikes😿.The total death toll since October 7 has now surpassed 38,000🙀.Let's hope the latest ceasefire proposal works💯.
Things are not too good between Israel and Lebanese Hezbollah. Israel claims to have hit various targets in south Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah has fired more than 250 missiles and explosive drones into northern Israel 🙀.
Finally, in crazy weather; hurricane Beryl is headed for Mexico after sweeping through the eastern Caribbean with devastation and deaths in some countries😿.
In Italy mount Etna has erupted 🌋 leaking red hot lava. Some excited tourists were seen snapping selfies as some red lava flew around😹.
