Because of the necessary amount to invest and keep in my mind the safety, security issues, also the potential short-mid-long term return, personally for me, only the mining is a real option from the above.

Unfortunately, there are plenty mixed, confusing, miss-leading information about it out there, for not deeply technical people, users, like me. I'd love to hear more about your little mining computer with so low energy consumption, and what cryptos you mined, mining with that.

I also consider the pre-sales, as a good option. It has a big gambling part, too, as most of the projects are going down, but with carefully select those, overall they can give a nice return, too. And it's really passive.
