THE BEST OF THE WEEK (# 20): Lawyer's wig for dinner, Chives From Regrowing and Mixed With Cauliflowers, Vegan cheese with oatmeal
Today we publish other edition of the special curatorship, which will complement the MEATLESS MONDAY; that we have called: THE BEST OF THE WEEK. Our intention with this post is to recognize the best of the best of the posts that you, friends of Hivers, share weekly in our Plant Power (Vegan) community, selecting the top three recipes from the previous week; which on this occasion corresponds to the period from Wednesday, October 19, to Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
Each of the selected publications will be reviewed in this curatorship, and in turn, its author will be awarded 0.5 Hive in order to give him/her a modest recognition for the excellence and quality of his/her work.

Always, @hindavi brings delicious recipes, and this time, she also accompanies her post with the process of collecting some delicious mushrooms that she found while walking in her city park. She collected them and prepared stews with cashews and many spices, creating a very tasty dish, which she explains in a wonderful post; for which she deserves to be part of The Best of the Week.

@anggreklestari usually creates works of art with her food, and this is no exception, as she has brought a wonderful dish of cauliflower with chives and tomato flavor, which is to die for, but additionally, she teaches us how to take advantage of the chive bulbs, so that they continue to grow and have this delicious fresh vegetable at home, and be able to harvest it when we need it, which is why she is also part of The Best of the Week.

In general, @aguamiel is very creative with her recipes and the names she gives them, and for this week she has brought a basic of vegan cuisine: Vegan cheese, which she has made from oats, and has flavored it with various spices, to make a delicious and versatile cheese that can complement any recipe; which is why she is also part of The Best of the Week.
