The Meatless Monday curation aims to value the commitment of users within our community and the HIVE ecosystem, through the curation of posts with good content related to vegan food. We start a new week, with great hopes in this month of February, which we hope will be very productive and fluid, connected with good vibes, as well as with respect and compassion towards our galactic home: Mother Earth. Here @sirenahippie, I have brought a new edition of Meatless Monday, in order to raise awareness, value and celebrate veganism.
Once again I want to take this opportunity to ask all those who make life in our community, to keep in mind the topics that can be published here, being these:

We begin today with this tour through the excellent vegan cuisine, which has been shared during this last week inside and outside our community, bringing you unique and healthy recipes. We begin our tour tasting a two-cheese pizza, which we will complement with a delicious chickpea cheese. Then we will eat a bowl of ginger soup with tofu and green mustard, to which we will add a super spicy chili powder, then we will eat a vegan brisket and for dessert an apple pie. Let's go on this vegan route!
Pizza is always welcome at our table at any time of the day, but if it is a pizza, with double vegan cheese, it is even tastier and more nutritious. And this recipe is the one brought to us by @amy-goodrich, with an additional topping of cherry tomatoes and spectacular asparagus. Let's take a look at this delicious recipe!
