Hello everyone, happy holidays dear friends of the Plant Power (Vegan) community! We start a new week, in which the vacations continue, getting closer every day to the end of this year 2021, to start 2022, which we hope will be much kinder and happier for everyone on the planet. And it is precisely in that compassionate and friendly vibe with Mother Earth, that goes this curation in which we have compiled delicious and varied recipes, completely vegan.
In today's curation, in which we celebrate veganism and healthy eating, highlighting very good posts, which have been shared both inside and outside our community, during these last 7 days. Here we have included great recipes for dips, traditional dishes in vegan version, snacks, stir-fries with and without tofu, and simple sandwiches.
