Happy Monday night, (almost Tuesday), friends of the Plant Power (vegan) community, here @sirenahippie! Today, again a little later than usual, we are back again to recognize, appreciate and celebrate the best vegan recipes that have been posted in and out of our community over these past 7 days.

As always, I want to take advantage of this publication, to ask all those who make life in our community, to take into account the topics that can be published here, being these:
- Experiences with a vegan diet.
- Ethics of animal agriculture.
- How to grow a kitchen garden for your plant based food.
- The best herbs and spices to have in a vegan kitchen.
- Meat free Mondays - why they're a good idea.
We wanted to emphasize the importance of only using original content. I remind you that we do NOT accept photos or text from third parties, even if they are copyright free. We also remind them of the importance of not including animal products in their recipes, such as butter, eggs, honey, etc., the idea is that they share vegan recipes.
In addition, it is important that you use the tags: #plantbased #vegan #lotus. And we invite you to join the voting trail, because every day we try to bring a little love to those valuable posts that are on the platform, no matter if they are not about food, it can be any other content, except those topics that oppose veganism.
This week we will start with a delicious and hearty soup, which will be accompanied by a vegan shawarma, then we will have an elegant dinner, in which the eggplant lasagna is the protagonist which we will taste with a gluten-free bread, and then we will have two dessert options, one will be a banana Godok-godok and the other a beautiful floral layer cake. The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont.
