The menu that many thai people like is Chinese Sausage Fried Rice and eggs. For those who like to eat Chinese sausages must not miss this menu. I like to eat Chinese sausage very much. It can be made into a variety of dishes such as stir-fried curry paste, Spicy salad, Stir fried with vegetables. The process of doing Chinese Sausage Fried Rice is easy.You try it. 😊
Ingredients
Chinese Sausage 80 grams
Steamed rice 150 grams
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of seasoning sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster oil
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Diced onion 30 grams
Diced tomato 30 grams
Diced carrot 40 grams
2 eggs
Cucumber and Lime for serving
Procedure
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for half a minute or until just softened. Add diced onion Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the Chinese sausage and stir-fry for a minute or until the sausage is just starting to char and fragrant. Then push everything to one side.
- Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into the empty side. Add the eggs to the oil. Use a spatula to move the egg around so that it forms a thin omelette. Once the egg is almost set, mix it into the other ingredients. Stir-fry until the eggs are dry and well cooked. In order not to stink off eggs.
- Add carrots, stir and mix together.
- Add cold rice (my favorite rice to make fried rice is Jasmine rice). Stir and mix to combine. This step can be used with high heat. Stir fry until the rice is dry well.
- Season with sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, seasoning sauce and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
- Add chopped tomatoes and spring onions and mix well. You can turn off the stove.
- Scoop the fried rice into a bowl. and upside down on the plate. Serve with a lime wedge and cucumber slices on the side.
