Minced Pork Soup with egg tofu

Today's breakfast menu is Minced Pork Soup with egg tofu. There is Chinese cabbage that I bought from the supermarket yesterday, So it's got vegetable to add sweetness to the soup. This menu is very easy to cook. We can do it every day. Just change vegetables only The process is not complicated.
The process begins with marinating the minced pork with fish sauce, white soy sauce, garlic and shallot and black pepper. Mash together knead until pork is soft. And marinate for a while.
