🥇 On foot to Iran - leaving Serbia, Stara Planina mountains by @hajdukluk
Second day I wanted to get to the top of Midzur which meant about 1 800 m elevation, but most of the way just up, so it was like a dream for me! 😂 Walking was great, most of the way lead next to a mountain stream and it reminded me my beloved Jeseníky and White Opava path. In the restaurant about 600 high metres above Midžur I wanted to get some food and spend last serbian money here, but they didn't cook, near turist hut was closed so I got 3 beers, cappuccino and hot chocolate 😃 It was a great view here and I also took 5 litres of water because I was not sure about sources of water on the ridge tomorrow. Finally i got about 100 high metres above Midžur, found a place for sleeping because it was really windy here, saw sunset, which was one of the most beautiful on my way so far.

🥈 Making it to Snowdon! by @rimicane
A trip to Snowdonia was my birthday request this year. I wanted to revisit the summit following a journey in 2013. This time though, it was necessary to book the parking lot at the Pen Y Pass. It was a hefty £18 for 8 hours.

🥉 Lahore in Pakistan, the capital of smog and beautiful monuments - my journey through Asia by @marianomariano
Lahore is a city called Little India. While staying there, you can feel the atmosphere of Indian towns, especially the famous Anarkali bazaar in Lahore, which has been selling Indian goods for decades. Despite the hostility between the two countries, the people of Pakistan and India think otherwise. There is even a gate that is called Delhi, an ancient example of Pakistan opening up to India. In general, the city is considered the most polluted in the world when it comes to air quality. But despite the ubiquitous smog, it deserves a visit because of its interesting architecture, history and the multitude of monuments.
