Corn Coffee, Binake, And Sikwate At Atugan Nature Farm!
When we were going to Davao De Oro, we had a side trip at Atugan Nature Farm, which was home to famous premium Binaki, coffee, and a variety of beverages located at Capitan Bayong, Impasugong, Bukidnon, Philippines.
Since we left home early, we had a stop-over to chill for a while before going on a long trip together with my family. I was so excited because it had been a while since I had tasted the delicious taste of the creamy and soft Premium Binaki along with the premium Sikwate and coffees.
It was early in the morning when we arrived at the coffee shop. It is not only a coffee shop but as well as a nature farm. The place is surrounded by tall verdant trees and unique vegetation. And I have known that at the back portion was a plantation of coffee trees.
Although it was not my first time coming here, most of the time, we had takeouts, so it was as good as visiting inside for the first time. Upon entering the cafe, I have seen a variety of positive quotes as well as beautiful coffee quotes.
Before ordering, I got a quick stroll and the coffee products caught my attention first as they were just displayed at the corner. How I love buying premium coffee made out of fresh coffee beans at the farm.
I thought that they were only serving beverages and binaki but as I looked at the wall, a variety of beverages and dishes were displayed on the menu. But what made me wonder was the Adobong Baki. The shop was so aromatic as I could smell the coffee and the premium Binaki was so enticing.
We ordered corn coffee, Binaki, and Sikwate. The corn coffee was my favorite when I was younger. I so love it when it is blended with brown sugar. It even made me remember my late sister who loved this too.
As for me, I love adding brown sugar to corn coffees that the white sugar. What a perfect blend and just right to my taste.
The corn coffee has a bitter-sweet taste and I was so delighted that it gave warmth to my stomach as the weather was cold and foggy. While waiting for my other orders, I took a quick snap of the tables and the place had a native yet cozy ambiance.
Meanwhile, the Binaki and the Sikwate were served at the table and we were all eager to taste them. I was feeling a bit hungry too for waking up early and traveling in a cold weather. Binaki is a delicacy of Bukidnon made from steamed corn that tastes like a cake while Sikwate is a traditional Filipino drink.
I enjoyed eating Binaki by simply peeling the corn leaves cover off and taking a bite of the soft and creamy taste. It is even more delicious when it is warm or freshly steamed. And we also bought a few packs of frozen Binaki for Pasalubong to our relatives at Davao de Oro so they could also taste the delicious product of Bukidnon.
What I love about the Binaki here is the sense of being a premium pasalubong that can be brought to different areas of the country and even overseas since there are also products that are frozen, which means that they only need to be steamed.
Perhaps I enjoyed the corn coffee, the premium coffee, and as well as the soft and creamy Binaki at Atugan Nature Farm. How I love to come and visit here again on a rainy season.

I love that this cafeteria is surrounded by tall trees and I fell in love with the decoration, each piece that is in the living room makes a perfect set of harmony, the place looks so homely.
In Venezuela, we also make those corn buns, they are very good and if you fill them inside they are magnificent.
I so love the place too and it is so cool here. Thanks for your kind words my friend. !LUV

That place look so cool and calm, all fresh air, Im a coffee head too 😅 and we also have Binake just with another name, I really like it on breakfast and some times dinner, when I get older I would love to live in the countryside to get both my coffee and Boyo (thats how we call Binake) fresh, on a relax place without the noise of the city ✌️
Wow! That sounds great my friend. I am sure your version of Binake is delicious too with the premium coffee. Have a nice time. !HUG
