Stew Chicken Saute Recipe

In my previous post, I gave you a leaf wrap recipe. Actually, I cooked the leaf wrap as a hot starter. My main dish for dinner was casserole chicken sauté.
My husband became the assistant principal at the school. I was actually planning to take him out for lunch. However, he has been working so hard for two weeks that I realized that this is not possible. I decided to prepare a nice dinner for my husband.
And this way, he will like it more.
My dish that I will share with you today is chicken sauteed in a casserole, as I mentioned earlier.
I have not tried this recipe before. I usually cook chicken sauté in the pot and on the stove. This time I wanted to make a change and tried something new. It was pretty nice too.
Now I want to share the recipe for this dish I made with you.
Cast Chicken Saute Recipe
First of all, I want to say this. When I cook, I love to add something from myself and try new things. I did that in this recipe as well. I am very happy with the result. I hope you will be satisfied if you find this recipe worth trying.
*Required Materials List
- Chicken chop
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Red pepper
- Paprika, black pepper, salt
- Olive oil
- Pea
- Cheddar cheese
You also need small casserole dishes, although they are not included in the ingredient list.
The construction of food
We chop the chickens small. Then we start roasting the chickens in a pan, in which we add very little oil.
While the chickens are roasting, you can prepare other ingredients.
We chop onions for food. We add onions on the roasted chicken and fry it for a while.
When the onions are just starting to turn pink, we add the red peppers and mushrooms.
We cook our food in this way for a while by closing the lid of the pot.
The vegetables should not be cooked enough. Because then our food will be cooked in the oven for a while. That's why we turn off the stove before our food is fully cooked. We add peas to the dish.
I used canned peas. So I didn't do anything to prepare the peas. If you are going to use raw peas, you can add them to the dish with mushrooms.
After adding all the ingredients to the dish, we put it in casseroles. We add cheddar cheese on it.
We put the casserole dishes in the oven by adding a bowl of water next to it. We bake in a controlled manner in a preheated 180 degree oven. Our meal will be cooked when the cheddar cheese melts.
After our food is cooked, it is ready to be served. I served my food in casserole dishes.
I also made lentil soup and leaf wrap with this dish I prepared for dinner. It was a very elegant dinner.
My husband became assistant manager a few weeks ago and I prepared this table to celebrate his success.
