Hello everyone

I am here with the second part of the post in which I explained our trip in Izmir with my little girls.

Last time I shared with you about our visit to Kemeraltı Bazaar.
I will explain the next part of our trip in this post.

The weather was pretty good for the winter season. In any case, the winter of İzmir is not very harsh. It is generally warm and rainy. We were lucky that there was no rain that day. It was a beautiful sunny winter day.
When our Kemeraltı tour was over, we came back to Konak Square. On the way to the pier, the tram passed in front of us. There was no tram line here before. it looked very beautiful. It looked like a caterpillar in the grass.

After crossing the tramway, we arrived at the pier. We didn't get on the ferry right away. We watched the sea in Kordon for a while. I currently live in a city without a sea. How I missed the sea, watching the sea.

Then we went to the pier and boarded the ferry. My daughters had never been on a ferry before.
I thought of my own childhood. My sister was living in Karşıyaka. When we were little, we used to travel by ferry when we were going to her. How happy we would be when we got on the ferry.
My daughters also loved the ferry. They both love the sea very much. They also learned about sea travel.

The ferry was very crowded. I think many people, seeing that the weather was nice, wanted to go outside.
We wanted to go to the top floor of the ferry and watch the sea with my daughters. Oh my God, the ferry was really very crowded and everyone wanted to watch the sea like us. However, with the determination of a mother who wanted to show her daughters the sea, I found a beautiful place for ourselves. My sister bought some bagels to throw to the seagulls. Seagulls are carnivorous birds in nature. They feed on fish. We accustomed the seagulls in Turkey to eat bagels and pastries.

🤗 We watched the blue sea with my girls and threw bagels at the seagulls. I was repeating the rutiels I did when I was little with my daughters now.

After a while, I decided to return to the closed part of the ferry. Unfortunately there was too much wind. That's why we couldn't stay long and returned to the closed section of the ferry.

After a short while, your journey ended and we came to Karşıyaka. As soon as we got off the pier, we found ourselves in the market. Karsiyaka bazaar was also quite crowded. We all walked along the bazaar and went to the station to catch the train. There is a famous coffee shop in Karşıyaka bazaar. Actually, I'd like to buy a bag of coffee while I'm here. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to wait in the crowded line in front of us.

We went to the mansion by train, but the train was very crowded and my daughters could not understand what was happening.

The train we boarded for the return was empty. This time we were lucky. My daughters enjoyed the train ride on the way back.

We returned home after our train journey. We had a very nice and very special day. It was quite a different activity for my daughters. I hope they will remember this day in the future. They got on both the ferry and the train for the first time, and it got them very excited.

Küçük kızlarımla birlikte yaptığımız İzmir'deki gezimizi anşattığım postun ikinci kısmı ile karşınızdayım.

En son sizlere Kemeraltı Çarşısı'nı ziyaretimiz paylaşmıştım.
Gezimizin bundan sonra olan kısmını ise bu postumda anlatacağım.

Hava kış mevsimi için oldukça iyiydi. Zaten İzmir'in kışı çok sert olmaz. Genellikle ılık ve yağışlıdır. Şanslıydık ki o gün yağış da yoktu. Güneşli güzel bir kış günüydü.
Kemeraltı gezimiz bitince tekrar Konak meydanına geldik.
İskeleye doğru giderken tramvay geçti önümüzden. Daha önce burada bir tramvay hattı yoktu. çok güzel görünüyordu . Çimler arasında bir tırtıla benziyordu.

Tramvay yolunu geçtikten sonra iskeleye vardık. Hemen vapura binmedik. Bir süre Kordon'da denizi izledik. Şuan Denizi olmayan bir şehirde yaşıyorum. Ne çok özlemişim denizi, denizi seyretmeyi.

Daha sonra iskeleye gittik ve vapura bindik. Kızlarım daha önce hiç vapura binmemişti.
Aklıma kendi küçüklüğüm geldi. Ablam Karşıyaka'da oturuyordu. Küçükken ona gideceğimiz zaman yolculuğumuzu vapurla yapardık. Ne çok sevinirdik vapura binince.
Kızlarım da sevdi vapuru. Zaten ikiside denizi çok seviyor. Bir de deniz yolculuğunu öğrenmiş oldular.

Vapur oldukça kalabalıktı. Sanırım havanın güzel olduğunu gören pek çok kişi dışarı çıkıp gezmek istedi.
Vapurun üst katına çıkıp kızlarımla birlikte denizi izlemek istedik. Aman Allahım vapur gerçekten çok çok kalabalıktı ve herkes bizim gibi denizi izlemek istiyordu. Ancak kızlarına denizi göstermek isteyen bir annenin azmiyle kendimize güzel bir yer buldum. Martılara atmak için ablam bir kaç tane simit almıştı. Martılar doğada etçil kuşlardır. Balık yiyerek beslenirler Türkiye'deki martıları bizler simit , poğaça yemeye alıştırdık.

🤗 Kızlarımla mavi denizi seyrettik, martılara simit attık. Küçüklüğümde yaptığım rutielleri şimdi kızlarımla tekrarlıyordum.

Bir süre sonra vapurun kapalı kısmına dönmeye karar verdim. Ne yazıkki çok fazla rüzgar vardı. O yüzden çok fazla kalamadık ve vapurun kapalı bölümüne döndük.

Kısa bir süre sonra yolculuğunuz bitti ve Karşıyaka geldik. İskeleden çıkar çıkmaz kendimizi çarşıda bulduk. Karşıyaka çarşısı da oldukça kalabalıktı. Hep birlikte çarşı boyunca yürüdük ve trene binmek için istasyona gittik.
Karşıyaka çarşısı içerisinde meşhur bir kahveci var. Aslında buraya kadar gelmişken bir paket kahve almayı isterdim. Ne yazık ki önündeki kalabalık sırayı bekleyecek vaktimiz yoktu.

Konağa trenle gitmiştik fakat tren çok kalabalıktı ve kızlarım ne olduğunu anlayamamıştı.

Dönüş için bindiğimiz tren ise bomboştu Bu sefer şanslıydık. Kızlarım dönüş yolunda tren yolculuğundan çok zevk aldı.

Tren yolculuğumuzda sonra evimize döndük. Çok güzel ve çok özel bir gün geçirmiş olduk. Kızlarım için oldukça farklı bir etkinlikti. Bu günü ileride de hatırlayacaklarını umuyorum. Hem vapura hem de trene ilk kez bindiler ve bu onları çok heyecanlandırdı.
