Hello to all the ladies in the community.
I decided to chime in this week with a post of my own for the holiday -Easter.
Easter is a big spring holiday in the Christian world. The "Holy Week" in my country Bulgaria is filled with singularities and traditions from ancient times.
Every day of this festive week before Easter, certain rituals are performed related to the resurrection of our God Christ.
Special liturgies related to the laws of the Church are celebrated in the temples.
In every Bulgarian home, preparations are made according to the possibilities for welcoming the great spring feast.
It is an occasion to gather relatives and friends for the festive meal,which is decorated with traditional and special dishes for this Christian holiday.
On this day every Bulgarian housewife shows her unique skill of coloring boiled eggs.
The first egg is always dyed red and is kept in the house.The second red egg is brought to the temple for the festive mass on Saturday.
The different colors of the eggs symbolize the universe;
- earth - green
- blue sky
- orange-sun
Dyeing techniques are many and varied, and the choice is individual.
After dyeing, the eggs are arranged in a special container and placed on the table.
Traditionally, the celebration is accompanied by home-made Kozunak with a unique taste and aroma.
It takes skill and craftsmanship to make it tasty.The preparation takes time to achieve the perfection of the dough and the baked goods become thread-like.Raisins are added and sprinkled with crystal sugar.It is also available commercially, but it has nothing in common with homemade kozunaka.
The festive dish that will be on my table is a trifle of lamb with white rice, prepared in a unique way in which I have put my own idea and is worthy of the Easter table.
I prepared it in a special way.
Each of the products is processed in a special way.
The preparation takes a lot of time, some tricks are used, which you need to know to get a unique taste.
I combined it with yoghurt and lemon.
This is just some of the food on my festive Easter table that I shared dear ladies.

He decidido intervenir esta semana con un post propio para la fiesta -Pascua.
La Semana Santa es una gran fiesta de primavera en el mundo cristiano. La "Semana Santa" en mi país, Bulgaria, está llena de singularidades y tradiciones de tiempos antiguos.
Cada día de esta semana festiva que precede a la Pascua, se realizan ciertos rituales relacionados con la resurrección de nuestro Dios Cristo.
En los templos se celebran liturgias especiales relacionadas con las leyes de la Iglesia.
En todos los hogares búlgaros se hacen preparativos según las posibilidades para acoger la gran fiesta de la primavera.
Es la ocasión de reunir a familiares y amigos para la comida festiva, que se adorna con platos tradicionales y especiales para esta fiesta cristiana.
En este día, todas las amas de casa búlgaras muestran su singular habilidad para colorear los huevos cocidos.
El primer huevo siempre se tiñe de rojo y se guarda en la casa; el segundo se lleva al templo para la misa festiva del sábado.
Los diferentes colores de los huevos simbolizan el universo;
- tierra - verde
- azul cielo
- naranja-sol
Las técnicas de teñido son muchas y variadas, y la elección es individual.
Una vez teñidos, los huevos se colocan en un recipiente especial y se ponen sobre la mesa.
Tradicionalmente, la celebración se acompaña de Kozunak casero con un sabor y aroma únicos.
Se necesita destreza y artesanía para hacerlo sabroso.La preparación lleva tiempo para lograr la perfección de la masa y el horneado se hace en forma de rosca.Se le añaden pasas y se espolvorea con azúcar cristal.También se encuentra en el comercio, pero no tiene nada en común con el kozunaka casero.
El plato festivo que estará en mi mesa es una bagatela de cordero con arroz blanco, preparada de una manera única en la que he puesto mi propia idea y es digna de la mesa de Pascua.
Lo he preparado de forma especial.
Cada uno de los productos se procesa de forma especial.
La preparación lleva mucho tiempo, se utilizan algunos trucos, que hay que conocer para conseguir un sabor único.
Lo he combinado con yogur y limón.
Esta es sólo una parte de la comida en mi mesa festiva de Pascua que compartí queridas señoras.

I'm reading this before my lunch hour and this post is making me feel hungry, especially the Kozunak. I can only imagine the heavenly smell of it baking in the oven.
If only someone developed Hive.smell.dapp for Peakd.
