theHunter: Call of the Wild - A hunter in progress. [ENG - ESP]
I have been spending many hours playing theHunter: Call of the Wild, both on and off stream. It is impressive how entertaining and complex this game can be, to the point that I am motivated to keep playing to improve my skills as a hunter.
At the beginning I was only dedicated to killing, I was excited to kill my prey for money, but that's not everything in this game. To really improve, it is essential to make accurate shots in the vital organs of the animal, thus ensuring a quick death and avoiding unnecessary damage. By avoiding harming the animal by making clean shots, you increase your chances of getting a higher quality trophy. In addition, it is crucial to avoid hunting females as they do not provide trophies (I hunt them anyway because although they do not provide trophies, they add up to money).
The hard part doesn't end there. The game has a very good rarity system, which means you'll need some luck to find exceptional animals and valuable trophies. The rarer the prey, the harder it will be to hunt it (their stamina increases, they are much more alert and can run away like a legendary Pokémon).
In the stream while quietly hunting, I got my first diamond trophy and I could believe it, I even screamed when I saw what had happened. Still, I feel I didn't quite deserve it, as at the time I didn't have the goal of getting a diamond trophy, I was simply shooting everything that moved to accumulate some money and be able to upgrade my arsenal.
I am sure that the next time I get a diamond trophy it will be with the intention to do so and with a clear strategy in mind. I now study almost all my prey using X-rays to learn more about their vital organs and improve my shots.
As I mentioned at the beginning of the post, I've been dedicating a lot of hours to this game. To give you an idea, if you check my Steam profile you'll see that I already have almost 100 hours of gameplay, it's crazy. Best of all, I still haven't explored 100% of any reserves yet, so I have a long and exciting road ahead of me.
I must thank @morenow, an amazing hunter who has helped me a lot to understand the game better. Without his help I probably would have quit by now, not because it's a bad game, but because the experience changes completely when you have a partner, it really is a lot of fun. He also got his first diamond recently and is motivated to go for more to fill his pavilion.
I highly recommend this hunting simulator. If you ever get the chance to try it, don't hesitate for a second; it's really worth it, and yes, I know, the game is many years old since it was released, but it still looks spectacular. Also, although it includes some in-game purchases, these are well worth it, it's too much content for hours.

He estado dedicando muchas horas a jugar a theHunter: Call of the Wild, tanto en stream como fuera de él. Es impresionante lo entretenido y complejo que puede ser este juego, hasta el punto que me veo motivado a seguir jugando para mejorar mis habilidades como cazador.
Al principio solo me dedicaba a matar, me emocionaba matar a mis presas por dinero, pero eso no es todo en este juego. Para realmente mejorar, es fundamental realizar disparos precisos en los órganos vitales del animal, asegurando así una muerte rápida y evitando daños innecesarios. Al evitar dañar al animal haciendo disparos limpios, aumentan las posibilidades de obtener un trofeo de mayor calidad. Además, es crucial evitar cazar hembras ya que no otorgan trofeos (yo las cazo igualmente ya que aunque no dan trofeos, suman dinero).
Lo difícil no termina ahí. El juego cuenta con un sistema de rarezas muy bueno, lo que significa que necesitarás algo de suerte para encontrar animales excepcionales y trofeos valiosos. Cuanto más rara sea la presa, más difícil será cazarla (su resistencia incrementa, están mucho más alertas y pueden huir como un Pokémon legendario).
En pleno stream mientras cazaba tranquilamente, conseguí mi primer trofeo de diamante y yo podía creerlo, incluso grité al ver lo que había pasado. Aún así, siento que no me lo merecía del todo, ya que en ese momento no tenía el objetivo de conseguir un trofeo de diamante, simplemente disparaba a todo lo que se movía para acumular algo de dinero y poder mejorar mi arsenal.
Estoy seguro de que la próxima vez que obtenga un trofeo de diamante será con la intención de hacerlo y con una estrategia clara en mente. Ahora estudio a casi todas mis presas utilizando los rayos X para conocer mejor sus órganos vitales y mejorar mis disparos.
Como mencioné al principio del post, he estado dedicando muchas horas a este juego. Para que te hagas una idea, si revisas mi perfil de Steam verás que ya tengo casi 100 horas de juego, es una locura. Lo mejor de todo es que aún no he explorado el 100% de ninguna reserva, por lo que me queda un largo y emocionante camino por delante.
Debo agradecer a @morenow, un increíble cazador que me ha ayudado muchísimo a entender mejor el juego. Sin su ayuda probablemente ya lo habría dejado, no porque sea un mal juego, sino porque la experiencia cambia completamente cuando tienes un compañero, realmente es muy divertido. Él también consiguió su primer diamante hace poco y está motivado a ir a por otros más para llenar su pabellón.
Te recomiendo encarecidamente este simulador de caza. Si alguna vez tienes la oportunidad de probarlo, no lo dudes ni un segundo; realmente vale la pena, y sí, lo sé, el juego tiene muchos años desde que se lanzó, pero sigue viéndose espectacular. Además, aunque incluye algunas compras dentro del juego, estas valen mucho la pena, es demasiado contenido para horas.

Tremendous adventures my bro, you gave me the luck to get my first diamond, amazing over 200 hours and I had never gotten one, but since we got back in the ring I was finally able to get one and also claim the trophy hut. We are looking forward to the Yanomami style explorations.

I really love the graphics of this video game, they are really amazing, I have seen other users sharing epic moments that look almost like photographs with all the beautiful things it has, but the coolest thing is to go hunting all kinds of animals, some of them are wild and always end up hunting the hunter hahaha.

Tengo que decir que mi papa se volvió loco cuando encontró su primer diamante, justo se lo encontró cuando mas lo estaba pidiendo. Fue tanta su emoción que me despertó de mi sueño reparador y no conforme con eso me cague de risa por como decía que habia encontrado su diamante, parecía un niño jugando con su amigo, en fin. Me alegro de que les guste tanto este juego yo no lo entiendo nada, pero mi papa me explica lo que puede siempre que lo veo jugar solo.
