I never imagined it could happen

I got up that early, finished my daily tasks, took a bath, and then I headed out for work, feeling a little sad, but I had to go. When I arrived at work that day, I discovered they had moved me to a different location, as they frequently do, so I took my tools and headed in the direction of my new location.

When I arrived, I found that everything was a little disorganized, so I had to tidy everything up before I could unwind. After everything had calmed down, I was anticipating the arrival of clients to collect cash for their daily requirements or other cash-related purposes. I chose to take a break because the neighborhood wasn't particularly busy, business was slow that day, and my phone—which I would have used to keep myself occupied—was dead when I went to charge it. I initially believed he was seeking money when someone approached me, but that was not his purpose.He began by implying that they had wronged me and that he could assist me in making things right. I didn't want to listen to him at first, but for some reason I felt like I wasn't myself around anyone. He then asked me to follow him somewhere, so I hastily packed my office supplies and all the cash I had collected from the day's sales and did as he asked. As we arrived at a certain location, he requested that I leave everything behind so that we could return to retrieve things. We had to go to an area where there were lots of people. When we arrived to the location, he instructed me to wait for him till he returned. It dawned on me that there was a problem somewhere after about 30 minutes of waiting in the scorching sun with no sign. I followed where he went and was unable to locate him, so I proceeded back to where I had left my money and other possessions, which was a great distance away from where I was at the time. At this point, I was already in a panic. i got to where i kept everything and when i opened the bag all my money for that day sales was gone

I was speechless and asked passersby if they had seen him return, but they said they hadn't. I left and went back to my shop where I sobbed bitterly and was confused. I had to text my boss to tell him what had happened, but he just told me to come back first, and there was no way I could go back because all the money had been stolen. I was able to get back to my boss's offices thanks to a helpful neighbor, but I couldn't bring myself to tell him what had really happened. I had to deal with the consequences, even though it wasn't easy at the time because no one believed me and it almost led to melancholy. But I always had my pals at my side to support me.
