Today I share with you a passage from the sacred scriptures that talks about the relationship between God and those who confess that Jesus is the Son of God and it says like this:

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love; and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. By this love has been perfected in us, so that we may have confidence on the day of judgment; for as he is, so are we in this world.

1 John 4:15-17

The passage begins by emphasizing that when someone makes this confession, God remains in that person and they remain in God. This implies an intimate and deep connection between the individual and God, where both are intrinsically united through love.

The second part of the passage highlights the very nature of God: God is love. This statement highlights the loving essence of God and his relationship with humanity. Furthermore, he emphasizes that those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them. Here, love is presented as the foundation of the relationship between God and believers.

Hoy les comparto un pasaje de las sagradas escrituras que habla sobre la relación entre Dios y aquellos que confiesan que Jesús es el Hijo de Dios y dice así :

Todo aquel que confiese que Jesús es el Hijo de Dios, Dios permanece en él, y él en Dios. Y nosotros hemos conocido y creído el amor que Dios tiene para con nosotros. Dios es amor; y el que permanece en amor, permanece en Dios, y Dios en él. En esto se ha perfeccionado el amor en nosotros, para que tengamos confianza en el día del juicio; pues como él es, así somos nosotros en este mundo.
