Debacle de fin de semana: Reporte del 'Weekend Ranked' || Weekend disaster: Weekend Ranked report
Para la próxima semana los packs de la nueva expansión, Tides of Fate reemplazarán a los ya acostmbrados de Mortal Judgement, por ello quería terminar este último WR con la mayor cantidad (de packs) posibles, y aunque mi travesía inició bien, no siguió de la mejor forma y terminé con solo ocho victorias en una faena que inicié en Ethereal Diamond.
Todo comenzó de una excelente manera, con cinco victorias al hilo con mi usual mazo aggro light; hasta entonces enfrenté a un hidden rush deception, un par de magos y un par de aggro war. Sin embargo, de las siguientes 13 partidas solo pude obtener dos triunfos más, que me dejaron con el triste resultado final. Por lo menos, sumé los dos últimos sobres de MJ.
El mazo
Como comenté en el párrafo anterior, mi opción predilecta fue el aggro light que me ha acompañado en cientos de partidas, solo con unas ligeras modificaciones de cuando en vez. Tal como esta ahora, a la fecha, jugué un total de 184 veces con el mismo deck, con un winrate nada malo. Es por ello que para esta ocasión, aun cuando no me bastó para llegar a Mythic previo al WR, esperaba un poco más.
Posibles cambios
Dados los resultados, obviamente, es tiempo de barajar más opciones para mi mazo. Realmente me siento cómodo jugando aggro light así que, a esperas de los severos cambios en el meta con la llegada de la nueva expansión, no haré modificaciones muy severas al arquetipo.
No obstante, respecto a algunas cartas, considero que es necesario darles un paso al costado, al menos temporalmente. La primera opción de "reemplazo" que he tengo en mente consiste en cambiar Cudgel of Atonement por Madame Denholm To You. También he manejado la posibilidad de sustituir a Empyrean Pacifist (no me queda claro si ambas copias o solo una) y ocupar su lugar con hechizos que puedan darme un poco más de margen de posibilidades en diferentes contexto, tal sería el caso de Thawed Heart y Eucos in Eclipse.
De momento, tengo un montón de ideas que necesito plasmar con mis limitados recursos. Eso es lo único de lo que estoy 100% seguro.
Consideraciones finales
Sinceramente creo que este fin de semana la suerte no jugó a mi favor. Recuerdo un montón de situaciones donde la aleatoriedad me desfavoreció de forma tal que cambió el curso de partidas que, en principio, no eran tan complicadas. Pero de todas formas sé que tengo un montón de mejoras que hacer, no solo a mi mazo. Aprovecharé lo que queda de semana para probar otros arquetipos que tengo olvidades desde hace algún tiempo.
Percibo que el próximo WR será el más importante en meses, pues comienza una vez más la carrera por tener todas las "nuevas cartas" primero y descifrar un nuevo meta. Por ello haré todos los esfuerzos posibles en iniciar en Mythic este fin de semana y, quién sabe, quizá pueda hacerme con las 10 victorias que me otorguen un pack legendario, para variar.

For next week the packs of the new expansion, Tides of Fate will replace the already established Mortal Judgement, so I wanted to finish this last WR with as many (packs) as possible, and although my journey started well, it didn't continue in the best way and I ended with only eight wins in a task that I started in Ethereal Diamond.
Everything started in an excellent way, with five wins in a row with my usual aggro light deck; until then I faced a hidden rush deception, a couple of mages and a couple of aggro war. However, of the following 13 matches I could only get two more wins, which left me with the sad final result. At least, I added the last two MJ packs.
The deck
As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, my favorite option was the aggro light that has accompanied me in hundreds of games, with only slight modifications from time to time.As it is now, to date, I played a total of 184 times with the same deck, with a winrate not bad at all. That's why for this occasion, even though it wasn't enough to get me to Mythic before the WR, I expected a little more.
Possible changes
Given the results, obviously, it's time to shuffle more options for my deck.I really feel comfortable playing aggro light so, waiting for the severe changes in the meta with the arrival of the new expansion, I won't make very severe modifications to the archetype.
However, regarding some cards, I feel it is necessary to give them a step aside, at least temporarily. The first "replacement" option I have in mind is to change Cudgel of Atonement for Madame Denholm To You. I have also considered the possibility of replacing Empyrean Pacifist (it is not clear if both copies or just one) and take its place with spells that can give me a little more margin of possibilities in different contexts, such would be the case of Thawed Heart and Eucos in Eclipse.

Final considerations
I sincerely believe that this weekend luck did not play in my favor.I remember a lot of situations where randomness disadvantaged me in a way that changed the course of games that, in principle, were not so complicated. But anyway I know that I have a lot of improvements to make, not only to my deck. I will take advantage of the rest of the week to try other archetypes that I have forgotten for some time.
I perceive that the next WR will be the most important one in months, as it starts once again the race to have all the "new cards" first and decipher a new meta. So I will make every effort to start in Mythic this weekend and, who knows, maybe I can get the 10 wins that will grant me a legendary pack, for a change.
