The Gunners have found themselves in the top 6 with more than 3 games in hand heading to the january international break.

With less than 6 days into the January transfer window, there have been no incomings at Arsenal and the team desperately needs reinforcement in both attack and midfield.

Several names have been touted by media personalities including AFC fiorentina hitman Dusan vlaholic and Juventus midfield Arthur.

Dusan vlaholic was a summer target for Spanish heavyweights Atletico Madrid but they failed to convince the player's camp, arsenal reportedly agreed a fee with fiorentina's management but it is believed the player is holding out for a move to Italian giants Juventus.

The Gunners have failed to agree on juventus's request to take arthur on an 18 month loan with the Gunners only accepting a 6 month loan.

Other transfer targets include Alexander isak of real sociedad, Dominic Calvert hewin, youri tielemans and bruno guimaraes as reported by the media.

With less than 5 days remaining in the january transfer window, arsenal are against the clock to bring in new faces at the Emirates.

Past years have shown that arsenal like to do business in the final days of the transfer window, safe to say we are in for a surprise.
