Venho aqui demonstrar a minha gratidão ao grande mecânico conhecido pelo apelido Pipio que me tem ajudado demais.

Ele tem a sua oficina no mercado de Cascavel e praticamente recebe para concertar todas as máquinas de costura domésticas, desde as cabecinha preta Singer, Vigorelli, Elgin, as zigzag e as famosas overlock chinesinha.

Levei está máquina chinesinha para fazer a modificação de motor grande para um pequeno motor acoplado.

Seguindo as instruções dele retirei a tampa traseira da máquina e fiz dois furos.

Utilizei um macho de 4mm para abrir rosca e coloquei um calço fixado na máquina com super cola adicionando bicarbonato de sódio para reforçar com o fim de nivelar a chapa de suporte do motor.

Colocados os parafusos e ajustada a posição do motor para dar o tensionamento certo da correia, foi testado o funcionamento da máquina com aprovação.

Seguidamente foi colocada a base de fixação que teve de ser ajustada com um pequeno desgaste lateral na esmerilhadeira de bancada e fixada com o correspondente parafuso.

Testei a máquina na malha micro-fibra e saiu perfeito.

Placed the screws and adjusted the motor position to give the right tension of the belt, the machine operation was tested with approval.

Then the fixation base was placed that had to be adjusted with a small lateral wear in the bench grinder and fixed with the corresponding screw.

I tested the machine in microfiber mesh and it came out perfect.
