Poklidná Sobota/Peaceful Saturday

ahoj přátelé a milí blogeři.

Má sobota začíná studenou sprchou už toto dodržiju týden a cítím se po ránu lépe.

Na snídaní dám tvaroh a kávu a odcházím do posilovny na trening nohou a ramen.
Mám radost, podařil se mi klik na bradlech s přídavkem plus 70 kg. Můj osobní rekord.
Po obědě jsem šel s pejskem spát. Asi stárnu.

V podvečer vyrážíme opět s Rockym na procházku do okolí Třebíče, všude je ruch velkoměsta. Po cestě nás napadá nezajištěný pes, naštěstí pro Rockyho ani mě netvořil svým vrůstem nebezpečí, jeho nezletilý paniček to měl lidově v paži.

Zítra ráno vyrážím na Hondě mrknout na burzu do Studence. Až seženu auto s tažným zařízením rád se budu účastnit burzy jako prodávající.

Hello friends and dear bloggers.

My Saturday starts with a cold shower, I've been following this for a week now and I feel better in the morning.

I have cottage cheese and coffee for breakfast and go to the gym to train my legs and shoulders.
I'm happy, I managed to do a push-up on the parallel bars with an allowance of plus 70 kg. My personal record.
After lunch I went to bed with the dog. I guess I'm getting old.
In the early evening, Rocky and I go for a walk around Třebíč, everywhere there is the bustle of the big city. Along the way, an unsecured dog attacks us, luckily for Rocky, he didn't pose a danger to me either, his underage owner had it on his arm.

Tomorrow morning I'm leaving on my Honda to look at the stock exchange in Studenec. When I get a car with towing equipment, I will be happy to participate in the exchange as a seller.
