Yay, our power is back on.
Twilight and I took photos of the beach.
Twilight is the period between sunset and dusk and there is still light in the sky.
Did you know that there are three types of twilight?
Civil, nautical and astronomical.

The shadows of Zac and Marian on the beach.
Oh yes, there was also a sun reflection on the sea.
An old rusted pipe that the waves are destroying.
A shadow of the pipe and a reflection of the late clouds in the water.
This was the golden glow of the sun before it dropped behind the mountain.
Finally, a sliver of the moon appeared to signify the end of the day. But it couldn't hide the rest of the moon from my camera.
Sunset is a magical time on the beach, especially when there is a bit of cloud around on a warm early evening.
One feels like it was a culmination of one's efforts during the day and a comfortable closure of one's worries and stresses.
Nature has a therapeutic way to wash the mind and the soul as it imposes the thought of how small we are in the gigantic size of the universe. Our planet is a tiny spot in the gestalt and we are the size of microscopic sand pebbles.
Yet, so many of us act like we are the rulers of the universe. We are all sand pebbles that make up the beaches of life. (All my own words)

Oh yeah and that's why I said a sand pebble that can only be seen with a microscope.

The last photo about the moon is very interesting and very good. Maybe it would have been even better with a lower ISO setting, but I can still say that I have not seen a similar photo so far.

My camera has been dropped so many many times that the ISO settings and few other settings don't work anymore. Even the zoom carriage rattles.
So, I have to take what I can get.

Grain of sand on the beach stays longer than we do, must be something to the saying we truly are insignificant in nature.
Excellent photography once again, sorry missing of late with rolling blackouts as well, then checking on those who sit at home alone to see they surviving this time in darkness.
